1/2 cup cocoa butter bits or buttons
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup cashew nut butter
Melt cocoa butter slowly.
A simple way is to place it in a ceramic bowl near heat or over a pot of steaming water.
It melts easily and quickly.
Remove it from the heat source.
Mix in the cocoa powder, coconut sugar, and cashew nut butter.
Pour into cupcake molds 5-10 mm deep, depending on how thick you want it.
Let the chocolate cool in the fridge for a few hours.
